Digital Product Policy
VedicPalm provides digital services (AI-generated palm readings) that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.
When We Issue Refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Technical error prevented your reading from being delivered
- You were charged but did not receive the paid content
- Duplicate charge for the same reading
How to Request a Refund
Email us at akash95agrawal@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your reading ID (found in your reading URL) and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Free Readings
The basic palm reading on VedicPalm is completely free. No payment is required to receive a standard reading.
Cancellation
As VedicPalm does not offer subscription services, there is nothing to cancel. Each reading is a one-time purchase.
